Erasmus Staff Mobility applications for academic and administrative staff for 2014-2015 academic year has started. 


General Requirements

Staff mobility can be undertaken if an Higher Education Institution which holds a standard Erasmus University Charter and with which a valid Inter-institutional Agreement is in place. To be able to participate in Staff Mobility, your Department/School/Faculty/Institute must have a valid agreement with the partner institution you intend to visit.


List of Exchange Agreements


In order to qualify for an Erasmus grand there must be at least 8 hours of teaching or training activity in the documents confirming the period of teaching/training.



A complete teaching programme (for Teaching Mobility)/Work Plan (for Staff Training Mobility), English Proficiency score and an invitation letter from the host institution must be submitted along with the application form to the Erasmus / International Office before the deadline below.


Application Period


05 January 2015 – 25 January 2015.



The Selection of the Staff will be done by a Committee which will be formed by the Rectorate. The Committee evaluates the applications carefully, by considering the call for proposals announced by the European Commission annually and the rules and priorities established by the Turkish National Agency.
