The Panoramic Kitchen of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program of the School of Applied Sciences, which is prepared with the best equipments, was opened by Surprise Chefs.

With the leadership of our Cooking Program Responsible, the Academician of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program and the Captain of the National Cooking Team Esat Özata the first lesson took place;

our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Karahan, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Ebru Güzelcik Ural, Prof. Dr. Nihat Küçüksavaş, The Director of the School of Applied Sciences Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hamparsun Hampikyan, Dean of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences Prof. Dr. Selahattin Sarı, the Vice Director of the Vocational School Academician Mücahit Kılıç cooked a meat meal with their own style.

While our lecturers eat their self-prepared meals at the sea view restaurant, our students had a surprise for them. They prepared a stayed hidden dessert of our culture. 

Our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Students will get their academic education for 4 years at the Beylikdüzü Campus.
